Stress
Yesterday I was very stressed with homework, chores, taking care of the kids, dealing with my older brother, and the lack of self time has made me very stressed today as well as yesterday. I mean I was so stressed out that I was antagonizing people when I felt offended. Then feeling guilty for the fact of hurting other people's feelings, which leads to more stress since a mere sorry won't cut it since I say that a lot. I do really hope that by the end of the day, I feel relieved of stress as being a burden to me.

Try mediating or look at a blank wall. Let yourself be lost in time. Think about what you did wrong to other people and think of how you can control yourself. Emotion is not easy to control and only some can do it. I master it already.
